I don't think we've received one. All we got was a re-assessment slip of equalizer (township multiplier)...I'm not sure what it's about and maybe that's normal or maybe that's b/c of the storm sewer lines that supposedly they're re-assessing everyone's property so that we all pay a forced % to fix the storm sewer lines that busted two homeowners down b/c of a cypress tree on their property.
Wouldn't it seem like a good idea to have people voluntarily drop these off at the assessor's office (or some other related agency) in order to have these people investigated for the intent to commit fraud and get them shut down? I would think that's a more practical solution to address the problem long before people potentially get caught up in the scam.
